- We've been aware of it for 15 months, but we can't afford it. 

- We know people might die from psychiatrists not working in the public sector.

- Locums are cheaper than what psychiatrists are asking (!).

- We'll pay whatever the IRC orders.

- Minister Jackson did a great job in February so she deserved to go on holiday in January (!) and was fixing it whilst away just before the psychiatrists quit.

- We've only lost 1% of bed capacity to date.

- The Federal Government aren't doing enough to help with salaries.
